These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel services, bookings, packages, experiences, and products offered by TRIVENI, the experiential luxury OTA & Destination Management Company under The Triveni Group. By accessing our website, booking with us, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions

“Client/Guest” refers to any customer booking services through TRIVENI.

“Hotel/Partner” refers to hotels, resorts, vendors, and service providers associated with TRIVENI.

“Services” include travel bookings, itineraries, stays, experiences, transportation, events, and curated journeys.

“Package” refers to any bundled itinerary or curated travel experience offered by TRIVENI.
2. Scope of Services
TRIVENI acts as a curator, facilitator, and coordinator of luxury travel experiences.
We provide:

Accommodation bookings
-
Curated itineraries
-
Transportation arrangements
-
Experiential add-ons
-
Cultural, culinary, and wellness experiences
-
Media-led luxury journeys
-
Destination management for individuals and groups
TRIVENI is not the direct provider of hotel or transport services unless specified.
3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and a formal confirmation email from TRIVENI.

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Prices may vary depending on season, availability, or partner hotel policies.
4. Payments

Payments must be made via approved methods: UPI, bank transfer, card payment, or digital wallet.

100% payment must be completed before the start of travel, unless otherwise agreed.

Partial payments, deposits, and booking security amounts (where applicable) are non-transferable.
5. Pricing & Rate Policies

Published rates may change without prior notice due to partner revisions, tax changes, seasonality, or currency fluctuations.

TRIVENI reserves the right to revise package prices should external costs change (fuel, taxes, hotel partner rates, etc.).
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information

Ensuring valid identification documents
-
Adhering to hotel, airline, and local laws
-
Following TRIVENI’s travel guidelines
-
Arriving on time for check-ins, transfers, and scheduled activities
TRIVENI is not liable for missed services due to delays caused by the client.
7. Partner Responsibilities
Hotels and third-party partners are responsible for:

Service quality

Room standards
-
Safety protocols
-
Hygiene practices
-
Experience delivery
-
Fulfilling commitments as per their policies
TRIVENI is not responsible for operational issues of partner hotels or vendors.
8. Travel Modifications & Amendments

Any request for change in dates, guests, experiences, or itinerary is subject to availability and partner policies.

Modification fees may apply depending on hotel/airline/vendor conditions.

Peak seasons, festivals, and blackout dates may restrict changes.
9. Force Majeure
TRIVENI is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural calamities

Weather disruptions
-
Political unrest
-
Government regulations
-
Epidemics or pandemics
-
Transport delays
-
Airline cancellations
In such cases, refunds will follow partner policies.
10. Liability & Disclaimer

TRIVENI acts as an intermediary between clients and partner hotels, transport providers, and vendors.

We do not control or operate hotels, airlines, or transportation services.

TRIVENI is not liable for:

Loss, damage, injury, theft
-
Service lapses at partner hotels
-
Delays or cancellations due to external vendors
-
Guest negligence or non-compliance

11. Media Usage
Guests agree that photographs/videos taken during TRIVENI experiences may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.
12. Confidentiality
All partner rates, privileges, and commercial terms shared with clients are confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without consent.
13. Refunds & Cancellations
All cancellations and refunds will be process as per the policy terms cited under REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in Guwahati, Assam, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
