REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all cancellations, refunds, modifications, and rescheduling related to travel services, bookings, packages, experiences, and products offered by TRIVENI, the experiential luxury OTA & Destination Management Company under The Triveni Group. By booking with us or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp).
    Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Partner hotel policy

  • Package type

  • Season

  • Prior commitments (transport, experiences, guides, etc.)

2. Standard Refund Structure

For TRIVENI curated packages or hotel bookings (unless partner policies override):

  • 30+ days before check-in:
    75% refund

  • 15–30 days before check-in:
    50% refund

  • 7–14 days before check-in:
    25% refund

  • Less than 7 days before check-in:
    No refund

  • No-show:
    No refund

  • Early check-out:
    No refund for unused nights.

3. Peak Season / Blackout Dates

During festivals, long weekends, Christmas–New Year, or peak periods:
All bookings are non-refundable, unless partner hotels offer an exception.​

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Special-rate offers

  • Flash sales or limited-time deals

  • Influencer/creator bookings

  • Collaboration-based stays

  • Bookings made through credit points, vouchers, or special promotions

  • Custom itineraries involving prepaid vendors

5. Amendments & Date Changes

  • Modifications may attract fees depending on partner hotel or vendor policy.

  • Date changes are treated as cancellations if the partner does not permit amendments.

  • Rate differences must be paid by the client.

6. Force Majeure Refunds

In case of unavoidable disruption:

  • Refunds depend on partner hotel/vendor policies

  • TRIVENI will negotiate on behalf of the client, but cannot guarantee refunds

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:
7–14 working days to the original payment mode.

8. Travel Modifications & Amendments

  • Any request for change in dates, guests, experiences, or itinerary is subject to availability and partner policies.

  • Modification fees may apply depending on hotel/airline/vendor conditions.

  • Peak seasons, festivals, and blackout dates may restrict changes.

8. Experiences & Add-On Activities

If a guest cancels paid experiences (spa, activities, excursions):

  • 48+ hours before – 100% refund

  • 24–48 hours before – 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours – No refund

Third-party experience refund rules may differ.

9. Travel Delays / Missed Activities

  • TRIVENI is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or disruptions caused by:

  • Airlines

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Personal delays
    Refunds will follow vendor policies only.
